Once you've found the right Advisor for you, place a call to start a Call Session.
When your Advisor's call button is teal, they are available for your call right now! Click on their call button to start your call. We will call you at the phone number on your account, and you will pay the advisor's listed per-minute rate once you're connected with them.
When your Advisor is away or busy on an Everclear call, arrange a callback so that you can have your session as soon as they become available. Click their call button to get started. Select the amount of time you're willing to wait (up to 8 hours) and then click "Confirm."
If your Advisor becomes available during the time that you're willing to wait, we'll call you automatically!
Important: In order to receive calls from Everclear, please be sure to allow "unknown caller" calls to come through. This may mean that you have to disable call blocking features, such as the "Silence Unknown Callers" option, in your mobile phone. If you have any call filtering services provided by your phone carrier, your phone may not ring when we call you. You should disable this feature, if you can, when you are placing Everclear calls.
When your phone rings, press 1 to accept the call. We'll then connect you to your Advisor. Billing will start after you are connected to your advisor.
We'll let you know when you have one minute left. If you're not quite done, you will be given the opportunity to add more money to your balance so that you can continue your call. After your call, be sure to let others know about your experience with each Advisor by leaving feedback.
