Although we'd hate to see you go, there may be a time when you no longer have use for your Everclear account. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@everclear.com from the email address registered to your Everclear account or by submitting a Customer Support Form.
When you close your Everclear account, we will automatically refund your remaining balance back to the credit card you originally used for the purchase. We're sorry, but promotional or site credit is nonrefundable.
To reactivate an account, email support@everclear.com from the email address registered to your Everclear account or submit a Customer Support Form.
Deleting your account
If you would like to remove your personal data from Everclear, we will need to permanently delete your account. If your account is permanently deleted it cannot be reopened.
When your account is deleted we will also delete your display name, email address, and phone number.
We must retain your account transactions and chat session history for 2 years.
Full Credit card numbers are encrypted as soon as they are provided to Everclear.
