We want you to be happy with every purchase you make on Everclear. If you aren't, we'll credit your Everclear account balance for the amount of the purchase, up to a limit of $25.
To receive a refund, we ask that you do the following:
- Give the advisor a thumbs-down rating.
- Leave detailed, written feedback for the advisor explaining why the session was unsatisfactory.
- Contact email@example.com within seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase for which you'd like to be credited. Please include the advisor's name and the purchase time/date and amount.
We will review your claim and reserve the right to credit your Everclear account, either partially or in full, for the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will reimburse up to one unsatisfactory purchase per month. Account credits are made in site credit and are useable for future Everclear purchases. Satisfaction Guarantee credits cannot be refunded to a credit card under any circumstance and purchases made with Satisfaction Guarantee credits are not eligible for a Satisfaction Guarantee.
