When you're ready to track your mood, tap the in the app. Tap the or select a date from the convenient calendar and then select your mood.
After you select your mood, select all of the areas of your life that are contributing to this mood. Add personalized life areas by selecting "Other." And if you've already added personalized "Other" areas, select from your previously added entries.
When you are consistent with logging your moods, you can attain greater self-awareness. Recognizing and cataloging your moods alone creates awareness. The Average Moods graph helps to foster this awareness by giving you a visual representation of your moods. When you reflect on past choices and use them to guide your future choices, you turn awareness into change and growth.
