If you believe that your Everclear account has been compromised and you are unable to log in to it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can!
If you believe that your account has been compromised but you can still log in to it, please do the following:
- Change your password immediately. Sign in on the app and go to Settings > Account Info.
- Change your email address. If you believe the hacker also has access to your email account, change your Everclear password and the email address registered to your account using the steps above. Then sign out (Settings > Sign Out). Now request a new password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the sign in screen. Enter your new email address, and click "Send Confirmation." Now change your password again using the link we email to you.
If you believe that the social media account that you log in with has been compromised, please contact email@example.com right away. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can!
