Feedback from clients lets you know how they feel about the guidance you've provided. Clients can leave feedback after every phone session, but only their most recent review will show at any given time. When clients leave feedback for you, they can determine if the review is just between the two of you (private) or visible to the entire Everclear community (public). When you see next to a client's review, this means that the feedback is private.
If you'd like to highlight particularly useful or glowing reviews, pin the feedback to your profile. To do this, go to "Manage Profile" from the left navigation panel on your Dashboard. Then click or tap the . You can pin up to 3 reviews. The indicates that the feedback is pinned so just click/tap it to unpin that review.
