When you make yourself available to take calls, we highly recommend that you log in to your Everclear account on your desktop or laptop computer (not your phone) and keep Everclear as the active tab of your web browser. Why? Because if you do this, incoming calls will cause the Call Monitor to pop-up on your screen. The Call Monitor gives you valuable pre-call information such as the client’s name, their main question, the topics in which they are primarily interested, and the tools that they prefer to be used in a session (e.g. Tarot), if applicable.
Note: Your use of their preferred tools is not mandatory, but it’s a good idea to acknowledge this early on. For most clients, this is a mild preference, but there are some who are excited for, say, a tarot reading who may be disappointed if you aren’t able to provide this sort of session.
The Call Monitor will also pop-up any notes you have stored for this client and, in the case where the client is also a Lifescopes subscriber and has chosen to share this info, information about the client’s life stage including age, marital status, and kids.
