|Just like your vehicle's dashboard, your Everclear dashboard gives you easy-to-understand visuals of key performance indicators to help drive your Everclear business.|
The performance-based features of your Dashboard occupy the left two-thirds of the page. Let's explore these first:
The Earnings section is an at-a-glace view of your monetary performance over the past 14 days, and it provides you with a weekly earnings goal for added encouragement. Your weekly goal is your average earnings over the past 4 weeks plus 5%. The week starts on Sunday at 12:01 a.m. UTC.
In the upper right corner of your Earnings dashboard, click on Transaction Details to see a balance sheet of all of the monetary transactions that have taken place for the current month. You can access transactions for the past 18 months using the drop-down menu at the top. But because your transactions will be available for only 18 months, we encourage you to take advantage of the "Export to CSV" option to save your transactions each month so that you will always have access to all of your records.
The Clients section displays your client-based performance over the last 14 days. The Client Satisfaction widget gives you a satisfaction percentage based on the ratings your clients have left after phone sessions. The New Clients and Repeat Clients widgets each show, respectively, how many new and repeat clients you have earned from and the percentage difference from the previous 14-day period.
The Response Rate section illustrates the rate at which you respond to clients by phone and chat.

The right third of your Dashboard is a control panel of sorts. Here you will be able to easily control and access:
|Availability - Let clients know that you're ready to have a phone session with them by setting your Call Status to "Taking Calls." Toggle the switch to "Not Taking Calls" when you're not available.|
|Notifications - Enable SMS Notifications so that you never miss a chat message or callback notification from a client! When you do not want to receive texts from us, toggle this to "Disabled."|
Personal Everclear Number - Give your Personal Everclear Number to clients and potential clients so that they can contact you in just a few swipes and taps! Learn more.
When a client joins Everclear using your Personal Everclear Number and becomes a repeat client, you'll earn 80% phone commission with that client for life.
Payout - Set or edit your payout info here. After you've been paid out, we'll show you information about your recent payouts. For more information on getting paid, click here.
