Once you've found the right Advisor for you, place a call to start a phone session. We will call you at the phone number on your account, and you will pay the advisor's listed per-minute rate once you're connected with that Advisor.
Important: In order to receive calls from Everclear, please be sure to allow "unknown caller" calls to come through. This may mean that you have to disable call blocking features, such as the "Silence Unknown Callers" option, in your mobile phone. If you have any call filtering services provided by your phone carrier, your phone may not ring when we call you. You should disable this feature, if you can, when you are placing Everclear calls.
When your phone rings, press 1 to accept the call. We'll then connect you to your Advisor. Billing will start after you are connected to your advisor.
We'll let you know when you have one minute left. If you're not quite done, you will be given the opportunity to add more money to your balance so that you can continue your call. After your call, be sure to let others know about your experience with each Advisor by leaving feedback.
